PRG Unplugged FAQ’s

Guest can choose from the Alumine, Chimehuin, Caleufu, Chubut, or Limay Medio depending on the time of year and productivity of river systems. We will not hesitate to change camping destinations if a particular river is “blown out”, too low, or just not producing so that guests get the best fishing and experience.
Our camps and program are designed to be the most comfortable possible. We have large tents, oversized cots with comfortable bedding and inflatable mattresses, unique lighting system for the camp, hot pressurized water in case guests want to shower, a portable and private bathroom, and excellent food, drinks (with ice), and snacks awaiting guests each night. It is up to each guest to decide if they want to try it, but it is an experience that is highly recommended for everyone!
Our camps are portable and we have a talented camp staff that break down the camp daily, float ahead to the next camp area, and set up the camp each day. This way, we are able to cover an average of ten miles of water per day and fish new water each day and enjoy new campsites each night.
Our camps access water that just isn’t accessible from estancias or on day trips from estancias, and you will also enjoy longer fishing days without any drives to get to and from the lodge.
It depends on your schedule and also the river you want to fish. We recommend two nights minimum and four nights maximum to enjoy the experience to its fullest.
We request a minimum of four anglers for a camp trip and normally don’t take more than six in the same group unless by special request from a family or other group that wants to share the experience. We can try to match you with another party that also wants to camp and will do everything possible to ensure that groups are compatible.
